1.Use

2.Production Method
(1) The precipitation method uses refined lithium hydroxide monohydrate as raw material, puts it into a reactor filled with ion-free water, slowly adds sodium carbonate under stirring to react to form lithium carbonate precipitate, rinses with ion-free water, and then centrifuges , dried to obtain high-purity lithium carbonate. The reaction is as follows: 2LiOH+Na2CO3→Li2CO3+2NaOH
(2) Brine Comprehensive Utilization Method Add soda ash to the lithium-containing feed liquid after extracting barium chloride to remove calcium and magnesium ions in the feed liquid, add hydrochloric acid to acidify, evaporate and remove sodium chloride, then remove iron, and then add excess soda ash Lithium carbonate is precipitated, washed with water, centrifuged and dried to obtain the finished product of lithium carbonate. Its 2LiCl+Na2CO3→Li2CO3+2NaCl
(3) Lime sintering method Spodumene concentrate (generally Chemicalbook contains 6% lithium oxide) and limestone according to the weight ratio of 1: (2.5 ~ 3). Mix and grind, sinter at 1150-1250°C to form lithium aluminate and calcium silicate, wet grind and pulverize, leach lithium hydroxide with washing liquid, settle and filter, return the filter residue or wash to remove the residue, the leachate is evaporated and concentrated, and then Add sodium carbonate to generate lithium carbonate, and then centrifuge and dry to obtain the finished product of lithium carbonate.
