High Density Polyethylene (HDPE):
HDPE is a highly crystalline, non-polar thermoplastic polymer composed of a linear structure primarily consisting of ethylene monomers with minimal branching. It is synthesized through the copolymerization of ethylene and a small amount of α-olefin monomers under low-pressure conditions, earning it the alternative name of low-pressure polyethylene. HDPE exhibits high crystallinity, exceptional rigidity, and mechanical strength, as well as excellent thermal stability and resistance to chemicals. Its dense, ordered molecular structure makes it ideal for a wide range of industrial and consumer applications.
