Formation of sodium hexametaphosphate:
It is neutralized by soda ash or caustic soda solution and phosphoric acid, and then heated to 250ºC to generate sodium metaphosphatate, and then heated to 620ºC to melt and polymerize cost crystals, and then prepared by sudden cooling (press granulation). Food grade sodium hempetaphosphite needs to be purified by removing arsenic and heavy metals after the neutralization reaction is completed, and then heated and baked to produce. Used in the manufacture of water treatment agent, corrosion inhibitor, metal surface treatment agent, cement hardening accelerator, coated paper paste diffusion agent and oil drilling and so on. Food grade, mainly used as quality improver, chelating agent, fermentation leavening agent, pH regulator and so on.
