Product Description

         Sodium chloride is the main component of table salt and rock salt. It is an ionic
compound and is a colorless and
transparent cubic crystal. Sodium oxide exists in large quantities in seawater and natural salt lakes. It can be used to produce chlorine, hydrogen, hydrochloric acid, sodium hydroxide, chlorate, hypochlorite, bleaching powder and metallic sodium. It is an important chemical raw material;  can be used in food Seasoning and marinating fish, meat and vegetables, as well as for salting out soap and tanning leather, etc.; highly refined sodium chloride can be used to make physiological saline for clinical treatment and physiological experiments, such as sodium loss, water loss, blood loss, etc. 

Preparation

A sodium chloride production method is characterized by: including the following steps:
(1) Prepare a brine containing at least 150 g/l sodium chloride by dissolving a source of sodium chloride in water;
(2) Cool the resulting brine to a temperature below 0°C but above the eutectic temperature of the resulting brine by indirect cooling in a self-cleaning fluidized bed heat exchanger/crystallizer, thereby forming a sodium chloride dihydrate containing The slurry and mother liquor of the product, the brine does not contain any solid sodium chloride according to the naked eye;
(3) Separating the sodium chloride dihydrate formed in step (2) at the eutectic temperature such that a stream rich in sodium chloride dihydrate is formed;
(4) Feed sodium chloride dihydrate into the recrystallizer to form sodium chloride and mother liquor.
