2.Production Method
(1) The precipitation method uses refined lithium hydroxide monohydrate as raw material, puts it into a reactor filled with ion-free water, slowly adds sodium carbonate under stirring to react to form lithium carbonate precipitate, rinses with ion-free water, and then centrifuges , dried to obtain high-purity lithium carbonate. The reaction is as follows: 2LiOH+Na2CO3→Li2CO3+2NaOH
(2) Brine Comprehensive Utilization Method Add soda ash to the lithium-containing feed liquid after extracting barium chloride to remove calcium and magnesium ions in the feed liquid, add hydrochloric acid to acidify, evaporate and remove sodium chloride, then remove iron, and then add excess soda ash Lithium carbonate is precipitated, washed with water, centrifuged and dried to obtain the finished product of lithium carbonate.
