   Calcium hydrogen phosphate (also known as dicalcium phosphate) is a compound that usually exists as a dihydrate (its chemical formula is CaHPO4 · 2H2O), but can be converted to an anhydrous form by heating. Calcium hydrogen phosphate is almost insoluble in water, with a solubility of only 0.02 g/100 mL at 25 °C.White monoclinic crystalline powder. Odorless and tasteless. Soluble in dilute hydrochloric acid, dilute nitric acid, acetic acid, slightly soluble in water, insoluble in ethanol.
