6. Character : The anhydrous MgCl2 is white powder. The hexahydrate MgCl2 is white or gray flaky, white crystal granule, easily soluble in water. It's hygroscopic in the damp, decomposing to hydrogen chloride and magnesium oxide in a high temperature.
7. Usage : It can be used as nutrient supplement, coagulator, stabilizer. It can also be used in making bean curd. Using brine (solution of magnesium chloride) to make bean curd is far better than using gypsum. It also can be used as food additives in other food industries.
8. Packing : It is packed with polyethylene bag as inner layer and a compound plastic woven bag as outer layer. The net weight of each bag is 25kg.
9. Storage and Transport : It should be stored in a dry and ventilating warehouse, be cautious to keep away from moisture and hot, unloaded with care so as to avoid the damage. Furthermore, it should be stored separately from poisonous substances.
