HEDP is a kind of organic phosphoric acid scale inhibitor and corrosion inhibitor, which can form stable complexes with iron, copper, zinc and other metal ions, and can dissolve oxides on the metal surface. Acid and alkali resistance, chlorine oxidation resistance than other organic phosphoric acid (salt) better. HEDP can form six-membered ring chelates with metal ions in water, especially calcium ions, so HEDP has good scale inhibition effect and obvious solubilization limit effect.
